Return of the Killer Fitness Test


After my arduous 2.4 run on a treadmill last night at varying speeds of between 6-8km/hr clocked at a final 22 mins, I have worked up enough courage to look for my IPPT passing grades:

I have calculated that I will need:

1. to run at a speed of 12km/h (11.7km/h to be precise) to pass my 2.4 run

2. To do 4 pull ups when all I can do now is 5 pushups

3. Jump 207cm when all I have is a lousy knee

4. convince my spare tire that it can manage 31 sit-ups

Only the shuttle run I have some semblance of confidence I can still hit 10.6 sec.

So much blardy effort for the army.
